• Refund can be requested only for failed services• Refunds will be accepted if requested within 7 working days of service failure• Refunds will not be accepted if requested after 7 working days of service failure.
• By emailing care@surpay.in • Login to your Surpay account. Click on Menu button and go to Support Center to raise a ticket.
• Refunds for any failed payment will be processed through the same source (original method of payment) within 10 working days of you submitting your request.
